Who we are
This site and our launch emails are sent by LORENTIS (Lorentis Pty Ltd, ABN to be confirmed), Sydney NSW. Contact us at hello@lorentis.com.au.
What we collect
- Your email address (required), and anything else you choose to give us: name, phone, model of interest, postcode or suburb.
- That you ticked the consent box, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source=instagram), the page you landed on and the referring site. Your browser keeps these tags for 30 days in local storage so they can be sent with your sign-up.
- Basic technical details sent by your browser: the country Cloudflare detects and your browser type. Your IP address is used only in hashed form for a few minutes to stop spam, and is not stored with your details.
Why we collect it
To email you about the LORENTIS launch, to answer your questions about delivery and installation, and to understand which of our posts and ads bring people to the site. We do not ask for any payment or deposit on this site.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV), which may hold data on servers outside Australia. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Only LORENTIS staff who run the launch can access the list.
Emails and unsubscribing
We only email people who ticked the consent box. Every email identifies LORENTIS as the sender and includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe here or email us, and we will act on it within 5 working days.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@lorentis.com.au. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
